The products will not be returned or exchanged for the confirmed orders
If any customer wants to return the parcel, they must bear the courier expense of both the side and the amount (if any) paid in advance will be deducted upto 50% for the damage caused
Once the customer fails to accept the order from the courier service, we will have the complete rights to cancel any further order of that particular customer
The pictures of products on our website have been photographed under the different lighting and environment, so the actual product colour, size, material might differ
For international orders, our policy is 100% payment of the product and shipping charges before the order is dispatched
If any product received by the customer is damaged, they can contact us and we will figure it out if the damage has been occur while in-transit or before the order is dispatch, however we do not refund the amount of the product, after a thorough investigation we can offer the solution to the customer, it may take upto 3-4 working days.
