- Once the order is placed and confirmed by the customer on call/Whatsapp/email or a Message, the parcel will be dispatched within 2 working days
- We are using 3rd party courier service to deliver our parcels across Pakistan and internationally so ihramstore.com is not responsible for the delay once the parcel is dispatched
- Usually, the parcels take 4-7 working days as per the courier companies, however it can be reached early as well and can take a couple of more days if there is any issue in deliveries
- Orders may be delayed due to weather condition and any kind of strike, road blockage or any serious condition
- If the order is received from outside Pakistan, the delivery charges are notified separately via WhatsApp/Call/Email/ or any other mode of communication.
- Once the order is dispatched, there is no return policy.
